The building is a small building with 6 one bedroom apartments to receive tourists all year round all explored by CASASUPERTUBOS®. The apartments on the first floor and in the attic make it possible to merge, 2 or 3 apartments together with two exclusive terraces that allow to accommodate 4 to 12 people with great privacy.
APART 9 is the only one with entrance to Largo de São Pedro.
The decoration is a combination of the original features of the historic building with the comfort of current materials, in a minimalist style, full of light and welcoming atmosphere.

No centro da cidade de Peniche. No largo da igreja de São Pedro, a 100 m do Forte/ Museu da Liberdade. Encontra a pé os melhores restaurantes, cafés e bares de Peniche. Bem como algumas da melhores praias e monumentos
O edifício é um pequeno prédio com 6 apartamentos T1s para receber turistas todo o ano todos explorados pela CASASUPERTUBOS®. Os apartamentos no 1º piso e no sótão possibilitam a sua junção, 2 ou 3 apartamento juntos com dois terraços exclusivos e que permitem alojar de 4 a 12 pessoas com muita privacidade.
O APART 9 é o único com entrada no Largo de São Pedro.
A decoração engloba uma combinação entre os traços originais do edifício histórico com o conforto dos materiais actuais, num estilo minimalista, cheio de luz e acolhedor.

Weekly cleaning
An extra guest booking has an additional cost of 30€/night
A cot has an additional cost of 5€/night
After 23h it is necessary to be silent especially in the outdoor spaces
Pets are not allowed (if guests bring animals: reservation cost increases by 20%; in the check-in must show the updated vaccination bulletin; however, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without the right to any reimbursement by the host - for example, if we are full or the animals disturb the stay of others guests).
We have partnerships with nearby animal hotels. You can stay connected without worrying about your animals.
Parties or other events are allowed (with previous authorization) - it is possible to hold events in all of our spaces (for example: bachelor parties, advertising or product presentation campaigns, photo sessions, birthday parties, etc.), but these actions are agreed with us. There are no additional costs, just the costs of stays or the use of space, but it is necessary to organize as reservations to be able to reconcile without conflicts with the intended event.
Check-in: from 3 pm to 8 pm (in person or video) - After 8 pm only by video and code (sent by SMS to cell phone indicated in the reservation). After making the necessary payment at check-in, send a copy of the transfer and login to reserve@casasupertubos.com or to the phone; 939 155 555
After 8 pm - In-person Check-In has a cost of €10 (paid to the Check-in person)
Check-out: until 11:00 (as keys must be left inside the accommodation)
Late Check-Out: until 2 pm (can be requested by the guest and is only possible if there is no other check-in for the same accommodation)

Após as 23h é necessário fazer silêncio especialmente nos espaços exteriores
Animais não são permitidos (caso os hóspedes tragam animais: o custo da reserva aumenta 20%; no Check-In tem apresentar o boletim de vacinas atualizado; e mesmo assim, reservamo-nos no direito de cancelar a reserva sem direito a qualquer reembolso por parte do hóspede - por exemplo se estivermos cheios ou os animais perturbem a estadia de outros hóspedes).
Temos parcerias com hotéis de animais próximos. Pode ficar connosco sem se preocupar com os seus animais.
São permitidas festas ou outros eventos (com autorização prévia) - é possível realizar eventos em todos os nossos espaços (por exemplo: despedidas de solteiro, campanhas publicitárias ou de apresentação de produtos, sessões fotográficas, festas de aniversários, etc) mas estas têm de ser acordados connosco. Não há custos adicionais, serão só os custos das estadias ou do aluguer do espaço, mas necessitamos de organizar as reservas para poderem conciliar sem conflitos com o evento pretendido.
Check-In: das 15h às 20h (presenciais ou vídeo) - Após as 20h só por vídeo e com código (enviado por sms para o telemóvel indicado na reserva). Após realizar o pagamento necessário no Check-In envie uma cópia da transferência e do passaporte para reserve@casasupertubos.com ou para o telefone; 939 155 555
Após as 20h - Check-In presencial tem um custo de 10€ (pago à pessoa do Check-in)
Check-Out: até às 11h (as chaves devem ser deixadas dentro dos alojamentos)
